The Sublistar Star IV 12-Color DTF Printer is engineered for decorators who need broader color capability and consistent production performance. With four Epson I3200 printheads, integrated powder application and drying, and optional 600 mm or 1200 mm working widths, the system supports smooth color transitions, crisp detail rendering, and efficient batch output for apparel workflows.

Ultra Wide Color Gamut
The Sublistar Star IV 12-color printing architecture expands beyond standard process color sets, enabling smoother tonal transitions, richer accent shades, and more convincing reproduction of complex artwork. Selected configurations can incorporate light tones, fluorescent colors, or special colors such as orange, red, green, and blue.
High-Precision Printheads
Four Epson I3200 printheads in this Sublistar STAR IV 12-color printer are set up to produce high-quality results, with different sections for white and color layers to ensure clear edges, better color depth, and effective handling of multiple colors.
Multi-Printer Manager

Advanced Pass System

Continuous Large Ink System
The Sublistar Star IV 12-color DTF Printer is equipped with a 1.5 L large ink supply bottle, which can continuously supply ink to the ink cartridge. This not only reduces downtime associated with frequent refills but also minimizes packaging waste.
Anti-Settling White Ink System
The white ink circulation system and precipitation-free ink maximize the prevention of the white ink from settling and ensure the smooth flow of white ink. The imported filter not only effectively intercepts large particles, gels, and other impurities but also allows the required pigment dyes to pass through and remain in the ink. Moreover, it also has excellent impurity filtering ability and a longer service life.
Staggered Printing Technology
A staggered printhead arrangement and variable-dot output help produce smoother gradients, stronger saturation, and more lifelike detail while maintaining efficient output across wider media.
Printhead Heating System
By heating the ink damper and the carriage base, the Sublistar STAR IV 12-color printer can work normally in a lower-temperature environment. In the printing process, this system ensures good fluidity of the ink and prevents the ink from getting clogged.
Front and Rear Heating Devices
The workable of the new generation Sublistar Star IV 12-color DTF printer is equipped with heating devices in the front and the rear directions, which can ensure that the printed pattern becomes dry instantly.
Automatic Cleaning System

Nozzle Online Recovery Technology

The nozzles will eject larger ink droplets to fill in the gaps and fix the missing printing issue when there are irregular lines and blank areas.
Automatic Nozzle Moisturizing
The ink cap will eject some moisturizer every once in a while to keep the nozzle moist and clean, preventing ink from clogging it. This maintenance can keep the printer nozzle in the best working state.
Automatic Nozzle Cleaning
Support automatic nozzle cleaning at regular intervals. When the printer is online, it automatically loads ink and cleans mechanically.
Automatic Ink Flash

Sublistar Warranty
Warranty starts from the date of the equipment handover after the installation and is provided as follows:
- Machinery: 24 months (electronic, electrical and mechanical)
- Printheads: 3-6 months
Warranty Coverage
The warranty specifically covers parts with manufacturing defects within the stated warranty period. It includes the replacement of defective parts (excluding consumables). If the warranty ends, the customer will be responsible for any parts costs and troubleshooting. Customers can install parts themselves or use their technicians, but Sublistar is not responsible for damage caused during the self-repair process.
