Sefa DUPLEX AIR PRO is a pneumatic press which has a foot pedal and an auto-shuttle function to bring user comfort and advanced features to large-volume DTG. Additionally has the option of membrane platens for pressing thick garments with raised surfaces. Ideally takes the shape of the garment and leaves no heat press mark when drying your garment before printing. The DUPLEX AIR PRO is Sefa’s most comprehensive dual-platen model.
Dual-platen range for high-volume DTG production
The double plates with automatic translation from one plate to another make it ideal for industrial Direct To Garment printing process when speed is essential. You can effectively use waiting times for the preparation of the next item.
Bi-manual precise control
The pressing procedure of DUPLEX PRO and AIR PRO can be released by the start buttons, pedal or also fully automated by programmable cycle times. Due to a reinforced heating power and special PID-control response curve this press is ideal for DTG drying process.
Membrane plate –
AIR PRO only
Inflated low-pressure membrane bottom plate is designed to take the shape of the garment for a safe ink curing process. It evens out raised surfaces, allowing transfers to be applied alongside linings, heavy seams, buttons, zippers, topstitched pockets, etc., leaves no press mark and increases vibrancy of colors for your DTG prints.
