Epson SureColor SC-F3030 can produce a full-size t-shirt in moments. It delivers industrial quality output at impressive production speeds with true one-pass printing for both color and white layers. The F3030 is designed with the improved operational time, not just print speed. Its low maintenance time is ideal for high production print on-demand service providers, fulfilment houses and in-house print on-demand production.
Great versatility
With miscellaneous print modes in the professional RIP software – Direct-To-Garment (DTG) and Direct-To-Film (DTF) – the Epson SC-F3030 can print on a variety of fabrics. It shows great results on cotton, blends, polyester by direct printing, whereas difficult non-organic materials like nylon could printed on the F3030 using DTF transfer films. Epson’s durable, vibrant and safe UltraChrome® DG inks are used in both DTG and DTF application.
Low cost of ownership
Epson SureColor F3030 is Epson’s first DTG printer to leverage dual printhead technology, a bulk ink pack system, providing remarkably low ink cost and minimized waste. It allows print shops to print hundreds of shirts per day, all at a remarkably low cost of ownership. The new Self-Repair CoverPlus warranty is designed to offer a flexible and comprehensive service for the Epson SureColor SC-F3030 and can be extended up to 5 years.
Epson SureColor SC-F3030 is an easy-to-use solution for production garment printing
The new Nozzle Verification Technology automatically detects nozzle health and can correct without user interruption. Even when clogs are not cleared after repeating Head Cleaning, operator can continue printing by using only the nozzle rows that are not clogged.
Built-in redundancy allows non-stop production should an issue occur: the printer will only utilize half part of printhead, and it will not affect the consistency of the output.
Automatic garment thickness detection
The first-ever automatic printhead optimization feature is to detect garment thickness and texture. As the result, the carriage height is set for optimal print quality. It allows to easily switch between thin t-shirts and thick sweatshirts with no downtime or operator interference. The SureColor F3030 is ideal for printing on garments that are a variety of fabric types including cotton, polyester, linen, and rayon.
Low maintenance downtime
With dedicated cleaning solution channels and fabric head wiper system the Epson SC-F3030 DTG printer can stay continuously in production with less nozzle missing by reliable suction cap cleaning unit with improved auto cap cleaning sequence. All maintenance areas are easy to access and less operation time of consumable replacement is needed.

Epson SureColor SC-F3030 Industrial Direct To Garment (DTG) Printer is Epson’s first DTG printer to leverage dual printhead technology and a bulk ink pack system, providing remarkably low ink cost and minimized waste. The printer has two 2 PrecisionCore® 10-channel 2.6″ printheads. These high-quality Epson print heads deliver professional quality, one-pass printing at production speeds that industrial printers require.
Every new Epson SC-F3030 printer in Vietnam is shipped with a spare printhead which is a part of a Starter Kit!
High performance printhead technology
New printhead structure realizes faster print speed. Printheads width of 2.6 inches (6.6 cm) each delivers high productivity with extreme drop placement accuracy for outstanding print quality. The 7.9 inches (20 cm) gap between printheads ensures safe dry time for white ink and one-pass prints at industrial speed.
Variable-Sized Droplet Technology with resolution up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi and extreme drop placement accuracy make the print quality really outstanding.
User replaceable printhead
Epson SureColor SC-F3030 DTG printer is built with almost zero downtime in mind. The printhead was designed user replaceable, and this operation can be completed in minutes. There is no need for an authorized dealer technician to visit the facility for the replacement job. With a special video guide it could be done by the operator in no time.
Epson UltraChrome® DG inks and Bulk ink system
Epson SureColor SC-F3030 DTG printer is designed with 5 color ink set: high-opaque whites and vibrant CMYK colors. UltraChrome® DG inks produce durable, vibrant prints with the same cost for color and white inks. Inks are packed in high capacity 1.5 Liter ink bags for less frequent replacement and lower costs.
Bulk ink pack system minimizes waste when compared to traditional cartridge systems.
Sustainability
Epson considers the environmental impacts at every phase of the product lifecycle, from design and manufacturing to transport, usage and recycling. UltraChrome® DG inks are Oeko-Tex ECO PASSPORT and Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified inks. When applied to fabric and appropriately fixed, garments have been determined safe for use by adults, children, and babies.
