The Sublistar DTF-1200 Series STAR IV is a wide-format direct-to-film system developed for medium and large print operations that require rapid, stable output. The system allows for both standard white-ink printing and expanded color configurations by pairing a 1200 mm printer with a synchronized powder shaker. Continuous Large Ink System
The Sublistar DTF-1200 Series DTF Printer is equipped with a 1.5 L large ink supply bottle, which can continuously supply ink to the ink cartridge. This not only reduces downtime associated with frequent refills but also minimizes packaging waste.
Anti-Settling White Ink System
The white ink circulation system and precipitation-free ink maximize the prevention of the white ink from settling and ensure the smooth flow of white ink. The imported filter in this Sublistar DTF-1200 series not only effectively intercepts large particles, gels, and other impurities but also allows the required pigment dyes to pass through and remain in the ink. Moreover, it also has excellent impurity filtering ability and a longer service life.
Staggered Printing Technology
A staggered printhead arrangement and variable-dot output in this Sublistar DTF-1200 series help produce smoother gradients, stronger saturation, and more lifelike detail while maintaining efficient output across wider media.
Printhead Heating System

Nozzle Online Recovery Technology

Sublistar Warranty
Warranty starts from the date of the equipment handover after the installation and is provided as follows:
- Machinery: 24 months (electronic, electrical and mechanical)
- Printheads: 3-6 months
Warranty Coverage
The warranty specifically covers parts with manufacturing defects within the stated warranty period. It includes the replacement of defective parts (excluding consumables). If the warranty ends, the customer will be responsible for any parts costs and troubleshooting. Customers can install parts themselves or use their technicians, but Sublistar is not responsible for damage caused during the self-repair process.
