The ROTEX AIR LITE is the first air model in the range of swing heat presses. It brings added user comfort to medium-volume DTG productions. Now you just press both push-buttons at the same time to take the strain out of closing the press, and you have precise control over pressure values.
Swing-away rotation
Both manual for LITE models, or automatic for PRO models, the rotation at the end of the pressing cycle, known as a “swing-away” opening, allows complete lateral clearance of the plate. The access to the garment, compared to a typical clam shell heat press, has never been so easy, and safe – you keep the heating element facing downwards and away from any part of your body.
Silicon sponge plate for DTG
The base PLA-DRY plate is optional but is perfectly suited for the drying of pretreatment for direct to garment printing. It helps drain excessive moisture from the garment through a special tube located on the bottom of the plate. Perfectly suits large-volume productions with shorter pressing cycles.
Automatic electromagnetic opening –
non-AIR only
After the programmed time the electromagnet installed on the top plate of the heat press, releases it and opens automatically, after acoustic warning. The gas shock lift system is used for a quiet open and no vibration.
