The Sublistar DTF-6005 Star IV is an industrial-grade Direct to Film (DTF) printing system engineered for high-volume textile decoration. Designed for garment factories, print shops, and commercial decorators, this integrated solution combines precision industrial printheads with an automatic powder shaker and curing unit. The result is consistent color reproduction, strong white ink opacity, and reliable production stability across continuous shifts.

Wide Color Gamut
The exceptional feature of the Sublistar DTF-6005 resides in its ability to meet diverse needs. From a fluorescent color scheme to minimization, it can achieve it all. In addition to the five basic CMYK colors and other color gamuts are also supported in this machine. For example, light cyan, light magenta, orange, etc.
High-Precision Printheads

Continuous Large Ink System

White Ink Management System
The imported filter in this Sublistar DTF-6005 printer not only effectively intercepts large particles, gels, and other impurities but also allows the required pigment dyes to pass through and remain in the ink. The imported filter has excellent impurity filtering ability and a longer service life.
Staggered Nozzle Rows

Printhead Heating System

Warranty Coverage
The warranty specifically covers parts with manufacturing defects within the stated warranty period. It includes the replacement of defective parts (excluding consumables). If the warranty ends, the customer will be responsible for any parts costs and troubleshooting. Customers can install parts themselves or use their technicians, but Sublistar is not responsible for damage caused during the self-repair process.
