The Epson SureColor SC-G6030 has a small, front-loading design that fits tightly against walls to maximize workspace. When used with a standard shaker or oven unit, it takes about 10 m²; however, when left alone, it only needs less than 4 m². Its all-front-loaded consumables design makes replacements simple and ensures easy access to the consumables. Its high-capacity ink packs also contribute to a smaller overall footprint and less waste. This upgrade greatly lowers the weight of replacement supplies while also saving space.
Minimum Maintenance
The Epson SC-G6030 is designed to operate reliably with minimum maintenance. Automated maintenance limits in just a few minutes per week, thanks to continuous white ink recirculation and ink-less nozzle status monitoring. Moreover, this printer has two convenient features that further reduce the downtime of the machine: automatic fabric-based head cleaning and advanced automatic cap cleaning, ensures the printhead is maintained in optimal condition for reliable operation.
Efficient and Flexible Operation
The Epson SC-G6030 offers efficient and flexible operation by supporting film rolls from 254 to 900mm wide in roll, and up to 150mm in diameter, guarantee the efficient output for your industry. To further expand its flexible operation, it also has an integrated cutter for sheet output and can be used with an in-line powder applicator or oven for roll-to-roll production. Furthermore, this printer also supports single layer white or CYMK output, as well as dual layer white + color output with a range of print modes to suit different workflow and application requirements.

Its advanced 1.33-inch (3.4 cm) printhead boasts a remarkable 3,200 nozzles. With a true 800 nozzles per color ink, the printer achieves a perfect balance between outstanding print quality and fast print speeds.
