Refund and Returns

All equipment, consumables, and parts must be thoroughly inspected for any damage at the time of delivery, in order to determine replacement, repair, or return.

If any equipment or parts are found to be damaged, the Customer must notify Fluxmall DTG Company Limited within 7 days of delivery. Any equipment or parts that are discovered to be damaged more than 7 days after delivery will not qualify for repair, return, or replacement, unless explicitly stated in the Sales Agreement between Fluxmall DTG Company Limited and a Contract that falls outside the boundaries of sales through this website.

  • All equipment and machinery are processed on a non-returnable basis.
  • Similarly, all consumables and parts cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed defective.
  • It is imperative that the product(s) remain unopened and unused in order to qualify for return and refund approval. If the original packaging has been opened, it must be preserved.
  • Kindly email sales@fluxmall.com before returning any defective or unwanted merchandise, as merchandise or equipment returned without notification in advance will be refused by Fluxmall DTG Company Limited.

In the event of cancellation of an order due to incorrect pricing on the website, Fluxmall DTG Company Limited will fully refund all the funds received from the Customer.
