DTG Experience Center – the place for the world’s latest innovations of direct-to-garment industry in Vietnam
Our goal is to be showing our customers innovative applications for the future of digital garment printing. We would like to enable businesses – from entrepreneurs to large-scale productions – to find their niche on the diverse DTG market. The new facility is built to create the work environment that is warm, welcoming for everyone, and promoting the vibes of high-quality DTG.
Home for entry-level and industrial printers
Our demonstration area serves as home for world-known DTG printers including the Epson SureColor SC-F3030 industrial DTG printer, Polyprint Texjet echo2 DTG printer, and other equipment that make the production process effective and easy. The workflow management is tailored to the needs of a wide range of our customers without sacrificing the key element in DTG – the quality of the final product. No matter when you make an appointment to come – we are willing to demonstrate you the solution that fits best to the needs of your business.
Place for digital DTG innovations
We stay in close touch with our partner network to deliver not only state-of-the-art DTG printers, consumables, and software, but also the newest technologies for the challenges of our time – industrial automation, human factor reduction, POD data management and many more. There is always space for discussions on how to make your production effective – from simple mechanical tools and hardware to complex software development. Our trainings are full of tips and tricks to help you get comfortable with the equipment.
Space with controlled environment
In the tough climate of Southern Vietnam we pay special attention to make the facility a healthier place. We chose a healthy mix of materials, open and closed spaces in interior design to foster teamwork and better collaboration. Our storage and production areas meet the temperature and humidity standards: all consumable products – inks and pretreatments – are being semi-automatically agitated and kept in the environment the ensures longer shelf life for the benefit of end-users.
DTG facility with sustainability in mind
Encouraging to reduce the environmental footprint is in the core of our business. Our consumables are all eco-friendly, and have passed the OEKO-TEX® certification. We use only LED lamps and inverter-type ACs to reduce power consumption in our demo areas. Most of our business docflow is processed digitally, to reduce the use of paper. We give back to our community and employees by serving coffee in disposable paper cups. We are eager to resolve challenging questions when it comes to responsible thinking and protecting the environment around us.
