Mister-T1 is a single-nozzle pretreat spray machine with hassle free automatic nozzle cleaning and anti-clogging wet cap. With smooth and precise injection of this machine, you can get fine quality of printing and consistent outcome. It is light weight and has compact size.
Nozzle capping station
Mister-T1 is equipped with anti-nozzle drying or clogging system. The nozzle is automatically placed onto the sponge surface in the capping station once the machine is powered off. Automatic nozzle cleaning is set for every 4 hours by internal program and purges cleaning liquid for seconds in the cap.
Consistent spraying with single nozzle
The spray is even and consistent, running in both uni-directional and bi-directional modes. The angle of the nozzle is chosen to reduce extra pretreatment liquids outside the platen area. The system is fully closed, so mist securely occurs only within the chamber of the machine.
Powerful pump
The electric pump with the max pressure of 110 PSI is more tolerant of high-density liquids (like most pretreatments for dark polyester) and is capable of delivering consistent flow. Additionally, the filters on the tube provide extra protection for the pump of any suspended solids or debris.
